* Unfortunately, merchandise cannot be returned and exchanged as everything under Pieux is made to order.
* Merchandise are subject to return/exchange or replacement only if the item has some defect, damage or is incorrect.
* Merchandise must be unwashed, untagged and unworn.
* The merchandise will be thoroughly inspected once we receive the merchandise.
* The customer would be required to ship the merchandise. Customers will incur the shipping cost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. So please keep a track while returning the merchandise and use the best freight companies of your respective countries.
* We won’t take the responsibility of the merchandise while In transit.
* If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email [email protected] and include your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase, name on the order, email address on the order, your request. We will replace or exchange or refund, after thoroughly inspecting it.
